1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, accessing or using Tabak AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must meet the minimum age required where you live and have parental or legal guardian permission where necessary.
2. Your account and use of the service
You are responsible for accurate account information and for securing your device and sign-in details. Report unauthorized use to info@tabakai.app.
You may not use the service unlawfully; reverse engineer it; bypass security or usage limits; submit harmful content; infringe the rights of others; or use automated methods that disrupt the service.
User content
You keep your rights in photos, recipes and other content you submit. You allow us to process that content only to deliver requested features, operate the service and maintain security. Do not upload unlawful content or material you do not have the right to use.
3. Premium subscriptions and payments
Premium features may be offered through the App Store or Google Play. Price, period, trial and renewal details appear on the purchase screen. Subscriptions may renew under the displayed terms unless canceled in your store settings.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable store rules and consumer law. Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
4. Health and AI notice
Tabak AI provides general information, education and habit support. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, a prescription or professional healthcare. Calorie, portion, macro, ingredient and progress estimates may be approximate, and AI outputs may contain errors.
If you have allergies, are pregnant, have a chronic condition, an eating disorder or special nutrition needs, consult a qualified professional before relying on app decisions. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
5. Availability, intellectual property and responsibility
We may improve the service, change features or restrict access for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Tabak AI brand, software, design and our content are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived by a consumer.
Account termination
You may delete your account in the app or through the web request page. Access may be restricted for serious or repeated violations, security risks or legal requirements.
